Tips on shortening refractory period?

  1. Hi guys,

    I am doing No PMO sucessfully since i started this year.
    I wanted to improve my sex life with my SO, which i also managed to achieve.
    However there is one little downside.
    We don't have the time to have sex frequently. Often there are two weeks between each intimate encounter.
    During that time i don't M.

    And because of that, when having sex again, i only last like 2 min or so. I read a whole lot about how to fix that PE but everything barely works and forces me to pay attention and focus constantly in order to last like 2-3 min longer.
    HOWEVER that is only in the first round! After a break (20-60 min) i am able to go again and then last almost als long as i want. Thus this first round thing became common in our sex life.
    Sometimes i also M half an hour before to skip the first round.

    Now my question.
    Do you guys have any tips on how to shorten this break (the refractory period) even more?
    I am 28 yo, workout regularly, and take l'arginine supplements.

  3. As stated before, my issue is not how to last longer in the first round. I would like to know how to shorten the break for the second round. I am doing pretty good. But if here is anyone who has additional tips on that, i would love to hear them.

    Using intuition, the refractory period grows as you grow older. So anything you can do to keep strong (exercise, food, sleep, etc).

    I would also say that Nitric Oxide will be key to get back on track.

    Have you tried semen retention? TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) says that nutting shouldn't be done regularly.

    Try researching non-ejaculatory orgasms and multi-orgasms. Its really interesting. I know someone who has done it a few times, but its tough. It requires effort.

    This isn't an answer, just a thought. Can you just make the most of the 'refractory period'? As long as the mood doesn't dissipate entirely you could use the time to give her a massage or even cunnilingus.
     
  6. I tried non-ejaculatory orgasms. I SOMETIMES manage to withhold ejaculation. But the success rate is too vague. I read the book from Mantak Chiao "the multi orgasmic man" but i can't get a hold of converting my sexual energy through my spine and so on. This is really complicated for me. And since it is not important for me yet (because i can do fine in the second round), i don't plan on practicing it at the moment.
    That is exactly what i do already. I consinder my "first round" as a part of the foreplay. The main sex only starts with my second round.

    I have taken several tantra classes and leaned simple breathing techniques that will make you last much longer the 1st time.. As long as you want infact. Also i never found the thinking about other stuff to work. What worked for me is to have a genuine heart connection with the other person. Look them in the eye, hold hands during sex, and say I love you to them and really connect the hearts. Then do the breathing exercises and channel the energy through each other. See the chi energy builds up in your groin and needs a place to go.. But if you just breath and really connect to your partner it has a place to go.. Through them in love making with a real heart connection. The heart love energy combines with the sexual energy and transmutes, thus you dont have to orgasm. It takes more to explain how it all works here.. But take some classes or read some books.. In the end they tell you to set an alarm for 2 hours of sex so you know when to stop or you will go on for ever..
