    Don't worry that are just exercises that push blood into your penis making micro-tears like muscles, but the penis is half muscle and half tissue so the recovery is very slow. That's why you need to do penis exercises for 5-6 months for 2.5cm or 1 inch... It also helps you to maintain erections longer and also stronger + kegel exercises. Try it out dont worry.

    I dont think kegels will help me, when i've got on a good streak my morning wood is so solid if it went any harder it'd hurt lol...

    Its good in this thread that u guys are actually talking about sex once you can lol. A lot of people abstain for ages and dont even attempt sex and just repress their desires, which leads to relapse. I definitely think once u can get aroused during sex (and the only way to find that out is to try it) then u should start doing it when u can. and as OP said, dont masturbate or watch P. only O with real partner. enjoy life!

    Well kegel exercises main function is around the penis/anus area. Its a muscle that stimulates blood down there so dont worry you just cant get hurt by an erection. I dont know i was in a relationship and we had very active sex, last half year i stopped watching porn and masturbate and continue to have regular sex and regular orgasms 4-5 O a week and sometimes 10 O and man yea i did enjoy it. The fact is when u read that releasing is bad i dont know anymore.

    As i said release is good if with a partner as its very natural. Obviously you dont want to overdo it, but your body will tell you when enough is enough (unlike porn where people edge for hours and destroy their mind). Just stay away from P and M. Enjoy life brother
