Yep. I have two girls and sometimes I can't sleep at night thinking about how their relationships are going to be. I had a tough time with my husband and he didn't grow up in the era of 24/7 access to degrading porn :(

I've got 2 boys, 1 girl, and another girl on the way. I'm not sure who I worry for more. But the bottom line is PMO is indiscriminant in its disregard for peoples lives. It wrecks whomever whenever they mess with it. My hope is that if I am consistent at talking to them about what it really does in age appropriate ways, and get over my parental squeemishness/fear, and hopefully I will give them the tools and support needed to make it through the storm. The tools that unfortunately I didn't have until now.

Yeah, feel a great deal for the kids of today: social media, constant scrutiny, over-sexualisation in general.

I'm on this site because of an addiction to P, yet I didn't see my first bit of P until I was about 17, and even then it was a magazine. If I'd've had access back then to the stuff that's available now well.... I don't think they'd be much of me left to save now.

Such a loss of innocence so early, it's tragic. How can you reverse the trend? Take the technology away? That's not going to happen.

This is really tragic . If governments block porn sites , they will reduce this percentage a lot . It won't prevent this phenomenon totally but it will help out a lot as not all children are familiar with vpns ... and they may not come across porn in the first place !
they are really exposed to P now .
