Can't start NoFap, fail on day 1

You just have to try again and again and again..
My longest streak is 24 days and it was last summer. I've spent all the time in between relapsing every 1-2 days, sometimes I would get to 4-5 days but that was it. I am currently on my 12th day and I feel I'm gonna go way beyond 24 days this time.

 

I went 120+ days one time. I’ve relapsed many times for a year after that. I pushed nofap aside and threw it away into the box of untouchables at one point. I was hiding. Just know that it’s possible. From jacking off almost 2 times a day since age 11. I’m back and on day 39. Most people don’t even get to see how badly PMO has affected them. All of us on the forums are the lucky ones. Don’t stress much, work on yourself and do things that you are passionate about and enjoy doing. That’s all I have to say. We here for you brother!
