Started M O again after 95 days is this good or bad for pied recovery

    So Im 18 and going off to college in a month. After my most recent 95 day streak I got head, with a semi decent erection (80%) but a quick orgasm, I got it again from the same girl a week later but this time my erection was like (40%). After that I started started masturbating to thoughts, but never to any visual stimulation and noticed improvement up to about (90% and the occasional spontaneous erection) for the past 3 weeks. However in the last 3-5 days things have gotten progressively worse max at (70% non spontaneous and requires physical stimulation to initiate). Should I see this as another flatline stage to recovery? What should I do? Ive been struggling with this for almost 2 years now and I just want to get through it.

    i m struggling with this for 7 years and i'm 26 now. its really bad speacially in case of PIED. its been 113 days of NO PMO and i dont know if there is any improvement.

    If you really lasted 95 days without ejaculating or watching porn. Then I would start reintroducing the masturbation to once a week only. You have to see it as a sort of an exercise, like yoga or something. Don't rush it. Try to use slow hand movements, only use thoughts and imagination and use some lube. Try it for 15 to 30 min. If you are not feeling a thing, don't sweat, just stop and do it again in a week. massaging an area of the body is great to rebuild tissue or grow nerve endings that might have been desensitized or damaged. Again, don't use rushed hand movement, but slow and relaxed movement. Don't ejaculate as soon as you get the need. Instead try to stop when you are getting close and relax, breathe calmly and then continue again. You can ejaculate after the 15 to 30 minutes, but you don't need to if you don't feel like it. Try that for a few weeks and see if it does anything.

    I think I may have already messed that up by masturbating about 1 a day for the past 2 weeks, should I switch to 1ce a week now or do a full reset again, I hope just going to once a week is good

    Im sory thjatr sounds awful, Ive definatley gotten signifcantly depressed from pied, which also makes me want to get through it so much more

    I wouldn't do 95 days again man. That is a long fucking time. Maybe do two weeks with minimum sexual stimulation, that means no porn, no touching your dick other than to pee, don't reach to feel it, don't look at sexy girls on instagram (NOTHING). then after those two weeks try to start the ejaculate once a week thing. but as I said, don't rush the masturbation. It is very important that you massage your penis rather than punish it. If you feel horny during the week, then massage it a little bit, but don't ejaculate more than once a week. And lay off the porn. Just use imagination. And don't force it. If you don't really feel like it, then don't do it.

    Think you really messed. Looks like the ideal moment to other ejucalation is when you start to feel the benefits of semen retention because its a signal that you have now heatly blood levels

    I tried going a whole week w out doing anything and then kinda got back into M about ounce every few days only when I was feeling it and things got significantly better.

    I was feeling a little sick the last few days but this girl hmu and I decided that even tho I wasn't fully feeling it, I would regret not sending it. I'm really glad i did, things were significantly better while receiving head. Ounce or twice I noticed I was starting to drop but I really tried to focus on her and things went back up. I maintained a good 80-90% for a fast majority of the time. I don't think I'm fully healed yet but definitely alot better of than I was and we'll on my way to being completely free of pied. Thanks for your advice!
