I'm sort of instinctively against this (even assuming it works, which I wouldn't). If you use some substance to dull the urges, then you're not really learning to conquer them on your own. And it wouldn't surprise me to learn that this would reduce the effectiveness of the rewire.

I am for any tool that can help curve this addiction. Any advantage we can get over this addiction is worth trying.

My point is that I don't think going this route actually helps cure the addiction. It just shifts the dependence onto something besides yourself.

First of all, I wouldn't recommend the first two anaphrodisiacs on that list: tobacco and alcohol. An addiction to tobacco just makes any other addiction stronger. Alcohol leads to bad choices. As for the foods listed below, I wouldn't make eating them regularly into a suggestion. At most, just have some to start a no PMO, but get off of that habit soon after. Since most of our porn addictions are caused more by loneliness than an over-bearing libido, these anaphrodisiacs would have little role.

Some of them have worked for me, like flaxseed or soy. You should try them out, they're healthy and have little side effects.

Can you give us more details on how it has helped you?

Flaxseed and soy lower testosterone levels (althought it's not like taking female hormones). Urges and sexual desire are the result of high testosterone levels. These natural products keep testosterone levels in check. If you start to consume them, you won't have as many urges as you used to have before.

Kratom is good for curbing sex drive as is any opiod, or semi opiod.
I wouldn't use those, unless your getting unproveked erections..

I been trying Vitex aka monks pepper, it takes a few weeks before you see any results. I also plan on buying hops herb. I will post here if I am successful with these herbs.

Wrong. Soy stimulates estrogen development and inhibits testosterone. You all need to stop trying to chemically castrate yourselves and focus on the only thing that is actually going to help you beat PMO -- your mind.
