My roommate is about to leave for the night

I’m already having thoughts about relapsing has soon as I’m alone tonight. I tried working out and going to sleep but I can’t fall asleep. This is my longest streak in 10 months and I feel like shit right now.

I need some motivation.

I feel like I’ll manage to stay confident even if I PMO, like everyone else you know. Even tho I know I won’t be able to.

 

It’s Friday, my brain is telling me if that I could PMO only on the weekends, like once per week. I know I’ll go on a binge if I fall tho

 

It really feels like I’m trying to stop doing drugs with a needle sitting right in front of me.
