PMO is something I've struggled with for years. I used to be a very outgoing and social person with tons of friends. Slowly all of that disappeared and it wasn't until about a year ago when I realized most, if not all, of my issues were related to PMO. The more I researched it the more I became convinced the key to getting the old me back was to stop PMO. Fast forward a little less than a year and I have made some progress. I used to be a daily fapper, sometimes up to 4 or 5 times a day. I've significantly reduced the frequency and I have started to see results; my anxiety is no where near as intense as it used to be, and my depression is basically completely gone. Despite the progress I've made, it is still something I struggle with and something that continues to get the best of me from time to time. I decided to start over again today, but this time I will use this site to keep me in check. Ultimately I'd like to make it 90 days without PMO, but 30 days will be my first mini goal since that's currently by all-time best (and that was last summer). Hopefully logging my progress on this site will not only motivate me to continue, but also hold me accountable. Wish me luck.

good luch buddy never give up, there will be times when you want to quit but never let your inner instinct control your mind and body.
