Day 3/7. Getting tricky, not bothered about P, but no M is looking like it could be tricky.

 

Finished the 3 day challenge yet again. Don't plan to go back, but I do want to finish this challenge and continue to the 14 day challenge. Only one way to finish this one though...one day at a time. Day 0 of 7 completed

I am so done with my porn addiction. I have PIED combined with frequent urges, which I mostly cured exactly one year ago after a streak of 75 days. After that, I fell back in the same old pattern and my PIED returned. Now, I want to make a change, and I start right here, right now!

Also relapsed. Disappointing, as I was literally just a few hours from managing to complete this challenge, but only barely making it to the seven days seems almost like cheating anyway. And this is the best I have been doing ever since I started keeping track about a year ago! So, let's go again!
