I just had the same case as yours today. Still not sure whether it's a relapse or reset. But according to the pdf manual, relapse means you go back to your previous, or even worse, problematic behaviors (watching porn for hours, increasing intensity in genres, etc.). Meanwhile, reset simply means you didn't reach your goal.
So, in our cases, I'd say it's a reset because we didn't use porn at all.
But either way, the counter will have to be reset back to 0 day anyway.

  3. If your commitment is to no PMO and you MO, then it's a reset of your counter.

Get back on track and keep moving forward!

That all depends on your goals. Is your objective to quit masturbating or simply to quit looking at porn? If your ultimate goal is no porn and no masturbating then you relapsed and must reset your counter (that’s what a relapse is). If you only are concerned with no longer viewing porn then you have not relapsed given the fact that you masturbated without porn, and therefore do not need to reset your counter. Judging from the fact that you have your counter set at “Without Porn, Masturbation, Orgasm” then I would assume you are attempting to go full hard mode—in which case you definitely relapsed and need to reset back to day 0 and move on from there.
