    Hi fellow fapstronausts. First of all, you are all awesome people for your constant support and encouraging words. As I am rebooting, I realize that my most disturbing challenge right now is severe brain fog and poor memory. To a great deal, I have regained my sleeping pattern and quality of sleep is amazing. I have learned through you guys that rebooting requires some self-improvement practices to speed up recovery. What are some of the ways (foods, supplements, whatever...) you would recommend to help with reducing brain fog and "being in the present"? I appreciate and welcome all your contributions. Thanks

    Keep your diet very clean from chemicals. Your liver has been hit by PMO.

    Cut sugar and mind the carbs. Your body uses insulin, cortisol and adrenalin in reaction to sugarspikes. You don't want these hormones cranked up so much.

    Watch your elektrolytes. Look for clues and symptoms in your body and learn about magnesium, potassium, etc.
    Your kidneys have also been hit by PMO.

    Get good quality of sleep. Your body wants to be asleep when sun is down and awake when the sun is up.

    You are a great guy buddy. This is helpful. I am also trying to get information online on some of the supplements that will go along with nofap. Thanks once again for your input.
