Fck it. Or should I say, unfck it. This habit is getting erased from my life. No giving in to urges. No rationalizing. No allowing myself to mindlessly slip back into the cycle. I'm in.

Had a short, semi planned reset. Thought that hey, I'm getting what I want out of this (which is true so far), one quick pmo won't hurt. Then I found that I didn't feel good about it afterwards. Back to zero, will go further this time. What's making this harder for me is that in the past I've gone furthest when still allowing m'ing, the frequency of which would naturally decrease with time. But now I'm trying to abstain from both. I can do this. Considering how far I've fallen it's worth it. Day 0/180.
