I am feeling lonely and depressed all the time since the forth week of nofap started. I've been really busy in the past three weeks, which I'm in a great summer programme. I had made some friends and now that all of them are gone and we would probably never meet each other physically despite there is a group chat. Here I am dwelling on this sadness like 24/7. Am i experiencing a flatline or whatsoever? Plz help!!

Haha. I made 20+ new friends at my summer program. We follow each other and have a group chat that no one uses too. Sometimes I like to think that we will meet in the future. I can’t see why not. Don’t worry about the sadness because it will blow over. It may just be flatline, the important part is you keep moving forward with nofap. Promise theres light at the end of this tunnel. 26 days is great and you got the whole community on your side. Good luck Brother!

At least you can track it down. Your abstaining is apparently having an effect on your brain that will potentially lead you to a positive state. Other people, like myself, cannot track our problems down because we don't see anything changing in our minds or environments, and we don't know wheter quitting PMO will have a significant effect on our lives.

  5. Feeling alone is something obligatory in Summer, try distracting yourself 24/7

Hey man, just remember that both good times and bad times pass. I'm glad you had a great summer experience, but remember that those experiences and friendships recede in order to make room for new ones. It's natural to feel sad afterwards; we all do. It's human.

As hard as it may be, try your best to enjoy the experience. Recollect for enjoyments sake and to learn what made that experience so great. You'll meet more friends as you continue to trudge the road to happy destiny.
