So today i was laying in bed (im on day 11) and i grabbed a tape measure to measure my dick because no one was home.I measured it and left the tape and then got an urge i did not masturbate but i pulled my foreskin as back as it will go no pre cum nothing happend but i felt like blood or something was rushing threw my penis from the bottom near my balls.Is that a relapse or no?
