What is brain fog?

    I have been reading a lot of post and the phrase 'brain fog' comes up a lot.Can anyone explain because it wasn't in the terminology.

    Think of what it would be like to drive through dense fog. That's pretty much what it's like to have brain fog. Your thoughts aren't very clear, and you just feel like crap. If you drink a lot of caffeine or eat a lot of sugar and carbs, you can experience brain fog once the effects of caffeine wear off, or whenever your glycogen levels drop.

    Andrew01, I would like to thank you for making this thread. I just researched "brain fog" because I have suffered from this for 24 years. I ordered 180-count fish oil tablets. I'm hoping to get rid of my chronic brain fog and improve my life with in conjunction with no-PMO.
