Pain in penis

    hi,
    am 26 years old, this is 28 th day without PM.. this is first time in tha past 5 years reaching 28 days.. Everything is fine, no thoughts about PM.. hope I quit my addiction so far.. but the last one week am experiencing mild pain in my Penis.. Mostly am feeling the pain while sitting.. Am so depressed because of this.... the pain in the penile shaft.. please give me some advice

    Probably PAWS + your addicted mind trying to make you touch it + anxiety.
    Can you concentrate on another part of your body with a pleasant sensation?
    I did the no touching contest for many months' was a life saving practice for me

    releasing the semen without actual fantasy or the stimulation of the brain might be good,the addiction is in the brain i think

    not touching the penis for a while is really helpful? i always had a thought like my penis will work or not? so am trying to check by thinking some old videos i watched before and got erection nowadays.. please give me some more info...

    Yes fear of losing something maybe?
    It will work fine and probably even better
    Ppl have abstained for years without having problems
    The idea is to have a clear line about how not to indulge. Therefore no touching unless whashing and urinating is a good line far from M.
    As soon as I caught myself scratching fiddling or ... I remembered nope don't want to go there
