    Currently on a 19 day NoFap but i can’t last longer than 5 minutes. Girlfriend getting sexually frustrated, please help, we can only meet on weekends due to living in different towns. I’m over my porn addiction but i’m considering jacking off wednesday (no porn) to keep a erection going. Any thoughs?

    I think as time goes on your stamina should improve. Adopting an exercise routine might help heck even Yoga.

    I'm pushing no one back. He's telling he's over it in 19 days and is considering masturbating again. You can't quit an addiction in 19 days, and if you think masturbating, will help your erection this is really an addicted person talking...
