    Hi all. :)

    My name is Dank.

I've been fapping ever since i can remember. Daily, in average probably 1.5 times a day for at least 11 years. That's at least 6k sessions...o_O

Anyways i've joined the forum because i think it's about time to stop now or at least drasticly reduce my porn/fapping addiction.
I need to try nofap to get the benefits i hear about -

I've got crippling anxiety and depression is knocking on my door.
I have sex regularly but i very rarely orgasm and sometimes keeping an erection is rather hard. -When i watch porn my rod is working perfectly, nuff said..

I'm excited to start my "project".
I've been trying nofap a few times but never gotten further than 5 days.
    Now is the time!

In the"ages 20-24" i'm gonna post my log.

    Thanks for having me.

    DrD

As someone in their 50s with a serious PMO habit I can only applaud you for starting your NoFap journey early.

The benefits will be with you for a long time.
I'm just heading into Day six so we are at almost the same point in our recovery.

    Stay strong and PMO Free.

Your future self really will thank you for it.

My signature is a throw back to a previous reboot, possibly my first one in 2014.
It's something that struck me like a bolt of lightning then and still holds true today.
It's all to easy to shift the blame for something onto others, denying our own culpability.
One of the biggest steps towards recover an addict, any addict, not just a PMO addict can take, is to admit to themselves that they have a problem.

Denial is as much a part of the addiction as indulging in the addiction.

  8. Agreed. This journey has helped me already in being more disciplined and definitely more productive.
