I’m leaving nofap

I’m out of here guys! I have been keeping track of my days on here and it’s been good but I think I’m going to stick to my own journal. I’m using this platform the same I would with Facebook. I don’t have any social media at the moment and I’m using this as a distraction. It’s been good to see others going through exactly what I’m going through so it’s helped me not feel alone and I appreciate all the help from everyone. I wish everyone all the best!
