Altough that it depends of the stuff you memorize ir you are interested, before NoFap i always had great memory to memorize cycling related things ,because it is a topic a im interested in it, but study blaaaaaaah never interested, with NoFap , stuff i dont like but have to memorize is much more easy to memorize!

Well depends what you define destroy as. No porn will not kill your brain in a way it is. Do you consider other drugs cocaine heroin crack as drugs that destroy the brain? After enough P use essentially your brain reuptakes the dopamine receptors in the brain causing a need to chase a better high (coolidge effect) you also see decreased blood flow to the prefrontal cortex the region responsible for higher thought self control. Also you see increased activation of delta fos B causing the need to binge making people unable to stop bad habits essentially turning them into slaves.
