    Hi guys!!

    Well, this has been pretty easy, more than I expected. The "dark days" are coming not?

    I am surprised seriously, I didn't expect it. I don´t feel any big change in me for the moment, only a little bit more quiet, serene...

    I hope follow the good way...

    Good job so far!!
    I'm in the same boat this time is easy then my previous attempts... Could be mindset or flatline, either way I don't care too much, as long as I reach my goals.

    Learn from that relapse my friend and jump on NoFap again. Avoid those triggers.
