Ok... so I just started NoFap, and I want some advise from you...the more experienced guys.
For start I want to be able to NoFap for at least 1 month (by the way tell me how much did you last the first time you tried)
And yeah.... all that being said I look forward to succeed in my first round (probably many more will come) of NoFap

Nofap is easy , life is hard !
take it from me why do you think we relapse , it's mostly because everytime we have a problem in our lives we run to the easiest solution which is getting high to forget about the problems in the first place whether it is drugs , porn , food ...
Basically what I'm trying to tell you is that we don't start nofap for the sake of it , we must change our lives in order to quit for good . Myself I did pretty well in the first time probably 42 days but I was relying on willpower alone which was a big mistake , if you want to quit you have to change your lifestyle step by step start building good habits ( workout , meditation , socializing , eating healthy , learning ...) while keep studying about porn addiction and nofap in this forum or in other groups to program your mind that it is harmful
that's a quick guide to Nofap if you needed anything pm me and I'll be here also don't count the days it will not help you at all
you can mark the beginnig of your streak but don't check it daily cuz it will make you stressed and stuck inside a cycle
