Make a Choice not an Excuse

    You can make excuses for the rest of your life and keeping relapsing. But the fact is there is no excuse, there is only the choice. You choose to make PMO part of your life or you don't. If you are continuing to relapse and make excuses for relapse then you have already made a choice (consciously or not) to not give up porn. You have decided that porn is more important to you than the life you could have without it.

    If you decide to choose life without porn, you will suffer through the physical, mental and emotional consequence of your addiction (withdrawal), and one day be free.

    This is what I'm thinking this morning.

    Porn is slavery, porn is death.

    Yes so true man I’m choosing to be free of this addiction it’s going to be a battle but I’m tired of this addiction destroying my life and I’m not giving up I’m going to beat this addiction

    There is always a way out. Sometimes it's a wall that waits to be broken. Sometimes you don't even see a wall because of the darkness but there is always a way....

    Abstention is a hammer that will tear down addiction wall. But be prepared to face "the demon" behind the PMO wall you've built to keep you "safe". Withdrawals are painful, but nothing in comparison to what awaits you on the other side of the wall. You have to embrace the pain no matter how bad it gets in order to face the cause of your addiction and defeat it, otherwise you'll end up relapsing again, again and again or develop some other form of addiction, build a new wall to keep you "safe" from the "monster".
