I cant see any girl. I'm 16 years old and since I was 13 I cant live together with girls. I fapped countless times for classmates, teachers and so on. I need to stop with this, so here I am to confess this sad thing that i used to do. I relapsed today after 7 days, and I wanna stay in the fight until I be free of this shit of addiction. Any tip is welcome.( If I made any english error, tell me. I am not english native speaker, so any tip is welcome, thanks).

  2. Welcome there and congrats on realizing this is a problem at such an early age, most people don't. You have a good reason to start NoFap, getting rid of this problem is essential now otherwise it may spiral out of control when you get older.
It's important to acknowledge that women can dress and look however they want, you can't change that, but you can change your perspective. All I can say is to look for tips here cause there are plenty, and be sure that you have a problem that needs to be solved, otherwise you won't be able to spend time along women and you will have difficulties in finding a partner. Good luck on your journey!

Jorge, first of all you must not beat yourself up, because children having access to fast internet is a real primer for them viewing pornography. Second of all, if you're really serious about quitting porn you might want to man up and tell your parents about your problem. I know that you may think that telling your parents will be super cringey and that they might penalize you, but they'd probably be able to install filters and blockers on your computer or phone, and they could check into your room regularly to keep you from relapsing. NoFap is a great online community to share your thoughts and struggles with, but since you're still young and live with your parents I think that they will be your greatest asset in this battle. If your parents act negatively or laugh at you then you will have to find someone else to talk to, but I'm telling you that telling your parents is like a last resort for someone under 18, and it's usually quite effective. Good luck and if telling your parents is too much for you then I guess wait and see.

Additionally, I'd suggest to get on that bicycle and go for long streaks of riding, and I mean long. If you don't have one, express the interest to your parents. It will keep you away from your computer and you'll come home exhausted physically and without any desire to masturbate because you just won't feel like it. Your brain will be filled with endorphins from the exercise and you'll only want a good night sleep.

What I do now, at 37 mind you, is to take the bike, go for a 10km ride to the park and read a good book for 2 hours, then ride the bike again for 10km and then stop for another reading session. Helps my brain learn stuff and keeps me away from the addiction.

Are you doing any physical sport?

At age 16 you have your natural hormones screwing you up, you have the additional hormones you get from meat and dairy products screwing you up even more, you have a shit load of energy and access to high speed internet EXACTLY when your brain's executive functions begin to mature. Help your brain develop strongly by staying away from the computer, from social media on your phone and by going outdoors as much as possible.

Good luck and hope to hear from you soon! :)

Don't give up on this. You are young and its a good time to start fighting, it is worth the battle so in the future you dont have to look back and count years spent in porn. You have all those great things of youth, all the energy, free time, joy. Just enjoy life, do sports, art, religion, literature, science, parties... Man, there are so many marvelous things to do out there, choose one and enjoy it. Keep going, you can do that. And consider talk to your parents, thats a good piece of advice. I wish I would have talked to someone at my 17 when I started this thing, and having cut it right there. Good luck my friend.
