    im 15 and i know that most of nofap community are males 20-30 years old.
    Knowing that should i totally stop watching porn forever at the moment?
    Im planing to quit after getting a bit older so i'm not going to have sex problems.
    Btw i started watching P at the age of 7.

    Wow I'm 18 and I've been watching it since 12. It is unfortunate you were introduced to this filth at such a young age. You can still quit though it is never too late.

    If you started at 7 the damage is going to be deeper and tougher the longer you wait. At your age I wouldnt blame you for not quitting but theres so much life you could be living without P just my 2 cents

    A year ago I was 15 as well and started NoFap. It was the best decision ever. Definitely do it.
