How do I get started on the OMAD (one meal a day) diet?

Your body needs nutrition. One meal a day sounds EXTREMELY unhealthy. Almost an eating disorder.

Nope, quite the opposite. Google "autophagy". Your body NEEDS to consume itself in order to remove damaged proteins and revive the immune system.

Overeating and constant insulin spikes is the main cause of age related diseases and premature death.

Intermittent fasting and OMAD has been shown to reverse type 2 diabetes. How can that be considered unhealthy/an eating disorder?

Needs to consume? That's a stretch. Do you know what water soluble vitamins are?

Link your sources if you're going to make bold claims. I'm onboard with your claims but other people will benefit.

The body recycles vitamins to a certain extent, so we do not have to constantly eat. It's also quite feasable to pop a vitamin in between meals for those that worry about it.

I did one meal a day for about 2 weeks. I think you should not be focusing on actually eating "one meal". You could just grab breakfast, lunch and dinner and just eat it all after each other. What I did was I would start eating something like dried fruits, then rice and vegan meatballs and broccoli, and at the end a large protein shake with milk. But to be honest I think the amount of effort needed to do one meal a day does not outweigh the benefit. One thing I can tell you is that your jaw is going to hurt like crazy if you only eat one meal a day from healthy foods. I mean it will take you like an hour. Just try it out man, don't look too much info up on the internet, everyone reacts differently
