Little update from my challenge !

Hey Guys,
here's a little updata from my 14 day without PMO challenge.
I don't really have rules. They are voluntaryly. I know, that's not the best method, but I'm making something.

My rules are not to Fap to porn videos or you know Instagram Porn or erotica films or series.
If I want to watch porn, I can do it. I don't want it because a relapse is more probably, but I can do it.
I'm honest, I watched porn pics, I watched something like erotica series, but I wasn't fapping to them. Until now, I followed the rules.
I made 7 days without breaking my rules.

It would be great for me, if you would give me some tips.

 

I think my brain wants me to watch porn, because I'm afraid of dating a person, that is interesting for me. I think, that's the main reason, why it's so hard for me, to finish watching porn. I'm on day 9 today .
But my brain wants me to watch porn, when I've done the challenge.

I think if I would date this person, it wouldn't be as hard to finish watching porn.
If you have tips for me how to overcome the fear of dating her. I think that would be great for me.
