Cold Turkey web filter

I use Tiny Filter Pro, it is a chrome app. You can set your own password so it is actually easy to get around if you want to. Because you have to enter a password to enter sites which have words like Porn or Nude in them it makes you pause before proceeding.
So far, every time I have been tempted to sneak a peak that pause has given me the few seconds I have needed to reconsider it.
It has really helped me stay on the straight and narrow.

Cold turkey was one of the better filters that uses whitelisting and lets you set days and times for internet access. I believe you need to purchase the premium version for all the features. It just takes some time to set up the whitelisting but this works better than many of the other filters I tried. I found foxfilter was too easy to get around.
