By meditation, positive thinking(making it habitual and not on the surface) and be more aligned with your true self.

on more than 2 instances....i have heard people mentioning to meditate for about 1 hour every day. May be it will help. It might even take me month to get there. But i can definitely say it will help me a ton.

One hour is tooo much mate. start with few minutes and progress to 15 min twice a day.
    another option is breathing exercises.

ahhh you're from Australia! Great!!! visiting Australia is one of my life's goals. I love the show "Packed to the rafters." I absolutely love the Australian cricket team back in the early 2000s..gilchrist, hayden, ponting, symond, Hogg, McGrath, B.Lee.......

Anyways....I have done it once or twice way back, like 5 years ago, it was a guided meditation. I gave me a headache, its good to slowly progress. If my schedule was tight, 1 hour every day would be too much, I agree.

Cool. yes Australia is a magical place.
As for guided meditation , i hate them soo much. I do it breathing instead. it is easier and as effective.

This was moved to the off-topic section even though it is self development - a reminder that the most important day is always today.
