Hi everyone,

Reaching out for help for the first time, I've been dealing with a pornography addiction for years now - since 16 years old I believe. I'm 28 and identify as a Christian but pornography has an extremely strong grip on me and it's so destructive to my faith.

I realize I can't do this alone and I feel like none of my closer friends would actually be able to fully understand the extent of this battle. I've read "Your Brain on Porn" so I have an understanding of the psychological component which helps but it's just like whenever I have a trigger to use porn, it doesn't matter if I resist at first, it's already a lost battle.

An accountability partner around the same age and with the same beliefs would be great, especially if you've had some success.
