101 days of new life

    I've made it to 100+ days cold turkey and I feel that I´m definitely on the right way with this change in lifestyle. I tend to go 1 year. I will most likely never go back to porn.

    Congrats man for your achievement. I wish you all the best as you seek to go cold turkey an year. Any changes/benefits you have noticed?

    I went back to porn after almost 2 years of no PMO... but tbh it is really easy to stop watching it and go no PMO again. right now i'm trying it again.

    3 months is defenitely the optimal PMO period for improvement

    Thanks friends! If I mo and watch po I lose all drive to do anything and I just become more apathetic in general. I don't really like what I become when I do it. it's a nice momentary release, sure, but it's easy to get addicted to and in the long run I feel better in many ways when I don't.
