Are dating sites and social media websites porn? So if your on these sites looking at pictures of women then that's porn? Of course I think masturbating to them would be basically the same as masturbating to porn. But what if your just looking at images of women and not masturbating? Is that porn?

These are porn substitutes. These p/subs can be anything you use for sexual arousal, but not necessarily intended for that purpose. For example, if you have a foot fetish, looking at pictures of feet is clearly not porn. Yet it would be a p/sub to you because of your reason for doing so. So, a p/sub can be just as potent or more potent than what is generally thought of as porn.

But if your on a dating site or social media site then there's going to be images of women on those sites. So can you not be on these sites because of that?

Porn addicts view this differently. There's an experiment on YouTube and I remember it showed two different brain graphs with addict and non-addict. Addict's brain showed more red color than non, when viewing those things. Addicts would take longer time to train back to normal not to think all woman related things as porn objects. Which is what I'm still working on it.
