    I woke up with cum in my underwear. But I had no wet dream. Can someone help me out. It's definitely not urine, because it's a little sticky, and it smells like bleach. My bed was still dry. I also had an erection and I was super aroused before I went to sleep. There was also a lot of pre cum leaking out my my dick before I went to sleep. Can somebody help.

    When i did one year without pmo i had this on multiple occassions, its normal. I don't like it either but it happens to some.

    It happened to me once a while. Usually:

    1. I drunk too much before bed
    2. Wrong sleeping position
    3. Fancied about someone before

    If it's not frequently I wouldn't bother. But you do need to be careful not going back PMO again.

    I also had that when I was pissing. Yikes...

  7. Hmm, what I am thinking is that you did have a wet dream, but it was not a sexual dream. Sometimes, our bodies just release regardless of what the dream is. You do not need to have a sex dream to have an ejaculation. The body does it on its own to get rid of the excess semen that has built up over time. As for the pre-cum, that was a warning sign that a release was on the horizon. If it occurs while the body is asleep, there is no way of stopping it.

    If you are looking to decrease these releases, avoid drinking sweet drinks, meditate and exercise, and avoid wearing tight clothing in bed. These are a few of the things that have been proven to work and perhaps one, if not all, of these things might help you or you might find something else that works. However, do not feel bad about them. Sometimes it is good to have an uncontrolled release, although you have to watch yourself because you will become easily drained and that is the most likely time for a relapse to occur. So always make sure to keep yourself in control and not let it drag you down a slippery slope.
