    That's up to you to decide. If you have not developed PIED I don't see a problem with having sex with real life partner.

    Then you should abstain from any sexual activity (and pornography obviously) for a period of time. I'd advice you to abstain for 3 months and see if PIED has been cured. I needed 5-6 months of complete abstinence to get some semi decent erections without stimuli back, but everyone is different. You're much younger than me, so I'd imagine you'll recover faster.

    i never noticed this was caused of porn...and i was masturbatin seein porn to much 4 times a day sometimes 3 and seein to much porns..thanks for those forums and people who have the same problem i understand this..i was doin sex eith semi erection and afte first orgasm my penis was down no erection
    .need to much stimuli kissin in the body by my girlfriend to take 70% erections again...it was hard and depression for me...i hope you doin well brother and thank you for your response

    What about having sex without ur penis? Just use hands and mouth, will this be not helping to get used to the real deal instead of porn? Or will this slow down the reboot process?
