Does it happen to you guys, when you about to have sex in your dreams, even before starting you just cum in real life and wake up?

    Weirdest thing ever

Yes ! Sometimes it happens just before, sometimes I have sex "for real" in my dreams. The thing I noticed is that you can wake up just before the ejaculation like you become aware that you are gonna waste semen and suddenly you make it stop.
I wasn't able to control it at the beginning of my streaks but with time it appears that my brain is adapting on my will of retaining semen and wakes me up during sexual dreams.

The occurrence of wet dreams tends to reduce as I progressively recover from the habit of excessive ejaculation.

I have them very rarely, maybe once in two months. But everytime Im with a women in my dreams I ejeculate and wake up. That's the weird thing. Does this also happens to you?

What exactly do you do to revocer? Just stopped PMO? Or something else

  6. Yes, it's normal. A p addiction and excessive masturbation does make it happen more often.

At first, I could not control wet dreams and I woke up too late to retain my ejaculation. It happened many times. Now it's very rare.

What seems to help for preventing wet dreams :
    - Avoid sugar, eat healthily
    - No alcohol
    - No caffeine during the afternoon
    - kidneys reinforcement exercises
    - Keep a peaceful mind, meditate or write down your thoughts before going to bed, it helps with overthinking issues
    - Exercise regularly to release energy
    - No sexual thoughts, edging (the worst).

Wet dreams are a part of recovery anyway and we have to accept them. They tend to decrease naturally during the process.

Thank you. Yes, most of the time when I think about it, I Will have these dreams.
I'm not sure if it happens to everyone or it's not possible to have sex in your dreams? Haha
I'm afraid that it has something to do with PE problem

hello, a few months ago I believed in these things. now I do edging. edging rewires the brain. I think that wet dreams are related to premature ejaculation. masturbating for a long time helps defeat premature ejaculation.

    What does edging mean?
Do you mean MO for as long as possible not just start and finish asap?

Any advice from your own experience?

Yes. I only do M without O. I masturbate for at least half an hour. I do this technique recently, so I have no experience. But I want to say a few things:
1.YOURBRAINONPORN recommends "karezza" a similar technique, you just need to look for PE on yourbrainonporn.
2.go to the pegym.com website (also recommended by yourbrainonporn) then the premature ejaculation forums. there you will find many useful things

    Hey Johnny,

To answer to your question and to some of the answers:

    * Wet dreams are natural and unintentional.

    * You can ejaculate in real Life even by having sensual thoughts, not just ''having sex in your dreams'' (it happened to me)

    * Like @Doupleastronaut , I practice edging, M without O. I have been practicing it since March, and I got rid almost completely of my PE.

    * Either if you do edging or if you go full No PMO, wet dreams may happen more often (especially at the beginning of a new practice) because your body is naturally balancing itself. Why, for me, wet dreams should't be considered a relapse, is because it happened during your sleep, so you can't control it (if not, I would have amazing dreams every night and not nightmares...)

I've said it many times, I've never had a wet dream in my life. When I read discussions like this, I feel like a disabled person watching others walking and running...

@hardowner Is that a good or a bad feeling? haha

I have a friend who is like you, he can't understand the principle because he never had it ^^

  18. Wet dreams used to be a double-edged sword since I wanted to avoid them at first and sometimes I am upset when they do occur since I usually feel drained and moody as a result. However, they are also a good thing because the body is getting rid of the excess semen that has built up and while this will occur in more frequency at first, it will reduce throughout one's reboot. I do not mind them at all now, although of the seven wet dreams (a rough estimate) I have had during the duration of my reboot, only two of them have been sexual. The other five came from non-sexual dreams and why they occur when they did I will never know. All I can say is that while it does feel good at first, they do have their setbacks so make sure to increase your defenses right away and keep an eye out on urges and arousal for several days because the period following a wet dream often tends to be the time when most relapses occur.

Yea I had a lucid dream about sex and I woke up right as I was about to cum to that and felt the full force of the cum rather than after the fact.

Does it happen the same like to us when you have wet dreams?

Ooh, yea, I've strated edging a month ago, I think that's one of the ways to get rid of the P mindset.
When we're talking about PE, I'd say the best solution would be to keep your self calm and less excited. But I have no success in this.
    Have you tried anything?

So you did have sex in your dream. You didin't cum right before touching the girl, didin't you?
