    Hi Fellow Fapstronauts

I was in need of some motivation and i chanced upon this interesting video here:

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

And i just want to know, for those of you with girlfriends/wives. What are their opinions of you doing nofap? Did their words of encouragement push you onward? How do people (like me) who are still searching for a partner feel assured that what we are doing is worth it? I want to feel convinced that this is good for them as much as it is for me.

I do apologize if i sound whiny, i am most probably entering a flatline, and i need a fresh perspective on what females think about their partners doing nofap.

    Thanks and peace out!

    A

HAHA thanks, glad that you enjoyed the video.

I guess what i really want is to see a lady explaining the effects of nofap similar to these video resources example: https://www.youtube.com/user/SacredSexualityVlog

HAHA maybe its just my testosterone getting out of hand but itll be nice anyway

It's too bad he barely let her speak!! I personally think nofap makes men better people. The changes I have seen in my husband are astounding. We were very close to divorce and now our relationship is wonderful. To go from divorce to wonderful because of stopping PMO speaks volumes to how it is affecting people in their relationships with others. Our sex life is amazing. He is a much better lover. I have watched porn myself but only sporadically and it was only "romantic" type of porn. I could not tolerate abuse in any form in the videos so I am not sure if it affected me too much. The type of sex I watched was very much in line with what I want sexually. Of course it did affect my self esteem because once I realized what my husband was doing and I know what these porn actresses look like/act like it was hard for me to feel sexually confident. I have always been sexually confident but porn robbed me of that for sure. You start second guessing yourself in bed which is problematic!

Men and women are naturally sexual beings but I really think that porn messes that up. It is extremely sex negative like the dude says in the video.

Porn rapes your soul! It takes a very beautiful act of two people expressing their love for each on the most intimate level and destroys it! It takes only the most animalistic and debase part of humanity and amplifies it for the worse! It basically reduces people to sex organs and destroys their humanity by complete humiliation! I am not talking all porn because some porn I believe is fairly harmless, but to find that today is almost impossible!

I couldn't be happier without PMO and MO for that matter!
