Reaching 90 day reboot

    Hi

    I never considered myself a P addict, I have rarely experienced MO twice in one day. But lately I have been looking for heavier porn, so I decided to try nofap. During reboot I didn't experienced positive effects, I feel the same person. There are 13 days left to complete the reboot, and I can easily accomplish this. My question is what to do after 90 days? Can I come back with MO, without P?

    You decide what to do after 90 days.. MO without P isnt the best but it also isn't the worst..I dont think it would be the best because things get out of control fast..

    I assume your brain is most likely going to be completly clean and you might not even feel like doing any of those. So I guess it's up to you

    It may take way longer to the point where you just don't feel like doing it anymore so try shooting for 120 days

    You have to decide. I don't know how bad your addiction was. But for me 3-4 months has not been nearly enough to get P and MB out of my mind. I lost interest in P/MB and sensitized to real life stimuli only after 5-6 months of complete abstinence and I still don't consider myself completely recovered.
