    Completed 35 days - This is my toughest streak.... First week was very difficult due to intense sexual thoughts..... but some how survived........ Then Had a wet dream (also sexual) on 32nd day.... which I didnt mind .. as it was over a month and it was natural to have wet dream after this long..
    BUT on day 35 I had a wet dream again which included the porn I prefer and ejaculated in the dream (cum was not as much as it was in first dream )
    Now this is irritating me .. because I had 2 wet dream within 3 days period.... Which never happend with me...... NOW i am feeling totally depressed and feeling i lost my streak...( I know wet dream is not relapse) But I cant say..... :(

    I also experienced back to back wet dreams.

    Read somewhere a single ejaculation will contains sperm from mostly one testicle, so makes sense a body will try and clean both in a short period of time.

    But I am on nofap for more than a year... but it happened first time ... there was always minimum 15 days difference between two wet dreams

    I think it’s actually a good thing that that has happened to you only now. Perhaps it’s an indicator of recovery!

    I think having too many wet dreams is a symptom of premature ejaculation. having only two is not a symptom of premature ejaculation

    Did you wake up and help it along? If so reset your counter. If not, don't worry about it. You're doing the right thing, keep going.

    What is your recovery plan? Are you doing anything besides coming on Nofap?

    No I woke up during orgasm ... I didnt touch or do anything...... BUT i was worrying because it happen 2 times in 3 days... and feeling like relapse ..and fearing it will slow my progress

    Also happened to me some weeks ago. Sometimes it's a wet dream, then nothing for weeks. Sometimes it's 2 in a single week. Don't worry about it and stay in track

    Joining the gym is great, if you go ;) but you really should have a plan for recovery and maintaining sobriety in the long term.
