my testicles are throbbing

    So Ive been going well on my streak.
    However, the last 2 days I have been experiencing some minor arousal and urges. Nothing I can't handle, I just get a partial erection for a few min and then it goes away. But my testicles have been throbbing and its worst after the arousal.

    It sort of feels like there is pressure in there, like they are too full or something. I guess its like blue balls but I have it anytime, not just when I've been aroused (that just makes it worst).

    Has anyone else experienced this at some stage along their journey?
    I don't really want to go to the Dr (esp because my regular Dr is a woman) and try and blame nofap for my balls hurting.

    I had terrible blue balls during my first reboot.

    If you're experiencing some weird sensations or pain in your balls lasting for more than 24hr, you shouldn't ignore this and see a doctor. In my case I've just got out of hospital. Around day 40 of my nofap journey one of by balls got so big and sensitive up to a point I wasn't able to move without experiencing heavy pain. It turned out to be Epididymitis. It's only after taking some antibiotics I've got a bit better. You definitely ought to visit a doctor.
