    In all seriousness yes the main thing is attitude. I have improved my attitude towards alot things i know there is still some improvement to be done and i'm working on it. It will take some trial and error to master it but i will ;). You ain't the only hero here i'm also a hero and i ain't gonna lose to you :D

    This happens to me. The obvious answer is don’t look at NSFW pics. When you do this you are stoking the fire. What you think is a harmless peek to satisfy a craving only leaves you wanting more.

    Smart move. I did this too. If you can’t control yourself the foolish move would be to act like you can.

    Just so you know at 88 days I still experience the deceitful desire to peek at NSFW pics or even clothed but seductive pics. The answer might be to forever block these websites. The question is what is most important to your life? I’m old enough to have lived before the internet. We survived just fine back then. We don’t need it. And if it makes us full of shame and misery then it isn’t worth it.

    Damn good shit getting to 9 days man, that is a long time. Do you have a smartphone? It seems watching p on your phone is habit, the moment you’re on it your mind gets the cue to go back into the easy routine of looking up pics on it.

    What I did with my phone was I set a blocker on it. Then I put a password. I couldn’t look up things even if I wanted to.

    Haha congrats on your 500+ days. I tried the blocker thing but ended finding a loophole somewhere. So the next game plan is not to use my phone when im having the urges. Btw i loved samurai champloo that was an amazing anime. Still listen to its soundtrack ;)

    Thanks man. You have great taste in anime and music . That’s good man, make sure you update us. Maybe you could start making it a habit to not use your phone all that much in general so it’s even easier for you to resist the temptation. Maybe set a limit to how much time you use it everyday ?

    This sounds like an excuse not to have a relationship and stick with the convenience of porn.

    In your words this will be you in 10 years when it comes to getting married.

    I knew you would reply with something like this i'm not making up any excuses to not get into relationships. I don't expect someone on the internet to understand the struggle and pain i have gone through while preparing for my studies. I know that relationship for me now is a distraction and it will require alot of time. Also there are people who are in a relationship that still suffer from P addiction to beat this addiction, i need to have a better self control and discipline. Even after getting into a relationship i can still be watching P if my partner doesn't fulfill my f'ed fantasizes. But since you are someone who are elder to me you must have a alot of experience in life and i thank you for giving me your valuable suggestions. :)

    Yes i set a limit to 2:30 mins everyday on my phone and i also blocked my YouTube app would've uninstalled it if there was a way but it comes inbuilt so bad luck for me. I do update my journal everyday but it's crappy lol.

    It's crappy cause i never go into details or go into story mode like other people's journal. I just say what i did yesterday and close it lol which is boring to read for other people.

    Haha thank you. In the end the journal is for the user to keep track of himself so it doesn't matter if we both have crappy journal's as long as we update it with things we require xD
