It's strange, one day I can't stay away from porn, another day I couldn't care less about porn?

    Yeah so some days I am really sexually excited at the thought of porn. Others days I don't care about porn and have no urges for it what so ever.

    Could be in those days you don't care you've been busy or don't have as much energy or maybe fapped so hard that your body is depleted

    Yeh same for me, usually some days i have almost unbearable urges, and others its easy to say no to porn. The key is recognising those urges and doing something intense instead.

    can I ask, how do u deal with it, when your urges are strong?? Cause I just failed at my one day abstinence

    I use quite a lot of really good blockers. I honestly believe I wouldn't be able to do this without blockers.

    I actually done away with my smart phone and have my laptop blocked up beyond belief.

    Good thing about me is and it’s kind of weird but for some reason I only watch porn on my iPad, but I don’t have to worry about the other devices. But I swear everytime midnight rolls around it’s like there’s another side of me. Idk if it’s because I’m 19 and I’m experiencing changes and also a virgin I just thought that it could be the reason. But idk I just wish that I had more self control.
