september is the hardest month from the year for me , i never had it clean (no edging). i want to change that . fight is ON! im in

 

I'm ready to abstain from PM (standard mode).

First day, was able to go a month without masturbation till I decided to expieremnt how masturbation affects boxing performance, and it turned out that it is a waste. Time to get my confidence back

 

Day 2 September : No urges as I'm avoiding every kind of triggers, I can feel a lil bit down but this has happened before as well and I gave up so I know I have to go through this feeling down thing, its a part of the process because brain is trying to recover. and I'm feeling happy to be here with you all. Thank you!
