Is there damage of relapse?

    I read somewhere that when you do NoFap like 10 day and relapse it means in your next journey you need extra 10 days to actually recover. For example if you are to recover in 70 days it will become 80 because of previous failed journey. Is that true?

    Everyone’s recovery process is different and totally unique, and I don’t think that putting specific numbers on specific events is helpful.

    saying things like “flatline occurs on day 40” or “a rest adds 10 days” simply cannot be true for everyone.

    Complete your reboot, and see how you feel.
