Only good part about today is the streak besides that a terrible day made really stupid decisions which will have even worse consequences

 

Relapsed.why?
Because I was not good in the exam.

My brain CHASING me every moment every where but still controlling.

 

Did 87 days a year ago and then was only on and off after than and then decided to do the 90 challenge.. once I started the 90 challenge I managed to just keep going. I did all the previous challenges 3 7 14 21 30 60.. this really helped to have smaller goals to work on..

 

Well done! Gud news is it should be easier for the remaining 45! Exercise really helped me with all the extra testosterone I’m pushin more weights than ever in my life
