Anyone getting sharp pain on ankle after NoFap 40 days?

    Getting sharp pain on my ankle specially when i woke up in the morning after that it goes away. Anyone getting the same? Is is a phase of recovery? Please comment.

    Not ankle pain, but I do get other weird pains. I've had a sharp, searing pain in the muscle of my right forearm for the past two weeks, and I also get similar pains in my abdominal muscles and pelvic muscles. I've also experienced the head pressure/pains that a lot of other people mention. I'm pretty sure all this is just a symptom of dopamine withdrawal.

    Actually guys can develop some mineral deficiency with excessive ejaculations.
