Day 23/90. Still doing alright. Getting urges here and there but my gf asking me how my progress is every now and again helps a lot. Trying to keep up with the heavy school schedule. Having a great time overall though.

 

What I need to do to get rid of addiction & nightmerefall. I tried for 18 days I did again masturbated and also nightmerefall. I want to get rid of this , please help me what to do

Ok, I replaced after 8 day, and I was so angry from myself. why I replaced? because after 8 days, I felt dead dick, I read a lot of people told me this is normal, but I have non stop idea in my brain: check if your dick is still working, check check check check .......... until I masturbate within 30 sec, I was so said and angry, I was fooled by my brain.
P already dead forever. I will stand up and fight again till I achieve my goal of no M & O.
