    Helloo All,

Since I was very young, I was very horny most of the time, and I was exploring different ways to stimulate myself, ejaculating too but with no semen since I was very young to produce it. When I got older, around 11 years old, I learnt how to masturbate from my mates at school. At first it was very pleasurable, with little to no regret after doing the deed, but as I got older, the problems started to occur. First was the hypocrisy; I was so religious in my life in general (I still am) and between my friends. No one would even imagine me watching porn or masturbating. I was doing it almost once a week. You could imagine how shit I would feel after I do it, especially with my two faced character. My social interactions got worse, I got suicidal thoughts at a young age, I was lonely and felt like shit most of the time. Fast forward to when I was 16 years old, this new girl came to our school, and boy did I fall in love with her. She was everything you would want in a girl (or at least I would); beautiful, smart, religious, practically everything. Because of my weird social nature, I did not know how to properly communicate with her except via chats and online messenger. We chatted almost every day.

Contrary to what you would expect at this point, I did not masturbate OR WATCH PORN FOR THE WHOLE YEAR SHE WAS AT MY SCHOOL. But as soon as she left, I relapsed. I always feel like shit whenever I do it, and since I went to study at uni away from my family, the tendency to PMO increased as I lived alone. The urges do not stop, and they are like feeling hunger towards food or thirst for water, and in some cases, even worse. From my rather long experience with this problem, I can say for sure one of the most important things is to NEVER STAY ALONE. NEVER. Always do something WITH SOMEONE ELSE. It is that important.

I believe there is a greener grass on the other side of this struggle. Their should be.

I am now almost 21 years old and I want to start my journey with all you beautiful people, and I pray that these words help someone that needs them. Please allow me to join your community.

    Peace out,

    SOLDIER MAN

I DID POST THIS IN THE PORN ADDICTION FORUM PREVIOUSLY BUT I just wanted to post it again

  4. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just strongly advise you to be active on your profile(as there quite a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

People (are beginning to) love communicating in the profilesection..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal, we could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!

    Hello there and welcome :)
Doing things with others surely helps. But there is always that one time when we are alone and those are the moments where we must not let our guard down.
The more often we embrace this fight against the urges, the stronger we get over time.
Good luck on your journey :)
