    14 Days Done, Challenge Completed.
    I started abstaining from 25th Aug, 12:30pm. The things that have been most helpful are Meditation(everyday) for 5-10 mins, being focused on learning things related to my profession and being busy in my work. I wish everyone best of luck for this. I know you can do this. You have the power within you. I am moving onto the 21 Days Challenge. My personal best day count has been 27 Days without PMO. I will try to break it this time.
