[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 7/21 I watched some porn yesterday but I didn't come

 

Day 8

 

Day 21 of 90-days PM-free. I guess me time here on this challenge is done! Time to move on up to 30 days...

I also ran a hilly off-road ½ marathon this morning in 1 hour 42 minutes and 30 seconds. Not my best and I could have gone faster probably by about 5-6 minutes, but I helped to pace a fellow running club member to a PB and she also won a trophy for 3rd Female to finish, which felt like a really good thing to do. I love running. So good for the body, mind and soul. And loads of beautiful women looking well... beautiful!

3 weeks dude, 3 weeks!

 

Yeah!!! Smashing it, bro, smashing it.

 

Day 2 and I've been feeling crap all day. I have chronic sinusitis (i.e. debilitating headaches) and was basically bed bound all day. Gonna go sit in a park for a bit later though, just to get out of the house.
