30 Days Hard Mode!! My one top tip...

    Just thought I'd share with you that since I have failed a few times and never thought Hard Mode was an option to me as I am married, the one thing that got me through:

    Just say NO!

    It's not as easy as it sounds...

    When you wake up and your hand starts to creep under the covers - NO.
    When you want to look at yourself in the mirror naked because you're feeling awesome - NO
    When you want to look up triggering websites - NO

    Keep saying NO, then call someone and change your mental space, take a cold shower, go for a walk, run, gym.

    Just say NO.

    It's been really fucking hard, but it worked when I needed it too.

    Stay strong guys...

    I agree completely. It's the one thing that has helped me. When I get an urge, I simply stop my mind and say no. It's a choice not a way of life. If you can't control it, what's the point. Keep up the good work!

    Awesome. I'm wondering how you're able to do hard mode while married. Your wife knows about your quest I take it? Either way, thanks for your inspiring words. I'm not doing hard mode (I'm also married) but I am doing NoFap, and your advice can help me in my own quest/situation. Thanks!

    What we think we feel, and what we feel we tend to do, so starting to take control of our thoughts seem to be a winning concept. Thanks for posting. It reminds me
    to stay more vigilant of what I am thinking about, and if I can stop it right there, it's a little bit easier than controlling an overwhelming feeling. Keep up the good work bro !
